What our client said

“We’re delighted with the new Interfaith Glasgow branding and website. Gerard was easy to work with and very accommodating of our ideas about how the logo and website should look. I was also very impressed by how much time Gerard was willing to spend on the project and how conscientious he was about all the work he undertook. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Contribute to others.”

Rose Drew, Director, Interfaith Glasgow

For over 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with Interfaith Glasgow, a Scottish charity dedicated to fostering positive engagement among diverse faiths and beliefs in Glasgow. Through a cohesive interfaith branding approach, I’ve helped Interfaith Glasgow communicate its mission of unity and understanding across various platforms and materials.

Crafting the Interfaith Glasgow Brand Identity

When Interfaith Glasgow launched as a new project, I was entrusted with creating a brand identity that would resonate with multiple faith groups while emphasising their shared values. The logo design plays a central role in this interfaith branding, incorporating the tree from Glasgow’s coat of arms – a symbol rooted in local religious stories. The tree signifies growth, diversity, and interconnectedness, brought to life with vibrant colors representing the variety of faiths engaged by Interfaith Glasgow. This design reflects both the distinct identities and commonalities of each group, anchoring Interfaith Glasgow’s mission visually.

Developing an Extensive Website to Showcase Interfaith Glasgow’s Work

As part of the interfaith branding project, I developed a comprehensive website for Interfaith Glasgow, offering an accessible platform that showcases their wide-ranging work. The website highlights their efforts to address pressing global issues, such as migration, climate change, and social justice, all through a local lens. This user-friendly, informative site has become an invaluable resource for anyone looking to engage with Interfaith Glasgow’s programs and events.

Annual Publication, Event Materials, and Ongoing Design Support

Each year, I produce Flourish, a publication that documents and celebrates the impact of Interfaith Glasgow’s initiatives. Additionally, I design flyers, logos for events, and specialised materials like pop-up banners to ensure consistent interfaith branding across all touchpoints. This range of design work supports Interfaith Glasgow’s community-building efforts and reinforces their message of inclusivity.
