Interfaith Glasgow is a new project hosted by Interfaith Scotland and funded by the Scottish Government.
As this was a new project that wanted to speak to a number of faith groups, we wanted to come up with an identity that encapsulated the diverse groups that they were trying to engage with, but also focus on the commonalities of each group, namely faith and the fact they were all based in the Glasgow area.
The logo focuses on the tree that is featured in the Glasgow coat of arms, which is based on a religious story. We liked the association of growth but using colour to associate the diverse nature of Interfaith Glasgow and the religious groups that they deal with on a daily basis.
“We’re delighted with the new Interfaith Glasgow branding and website. Gerard was easy to work with and very accommodating of our ideas about how the logo and website should look. I was also very impressed by how much time Gerard was willing to spend on the project and how conscientious he was about all the work he undertook. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Contribute to others.”
