Glassford Day Nursery

Glassford Day Nursery approached us to freshen up their logo and build a website that they could update themselves with new news stories and pictures.

They had a logo that featured a Gingerbread man in it. Although they liked the character they felt that the logo was too fussy and over complicated. Taking this on-board we set about updating the logo, keeping a character that they could use but introducing legible, brightly coloured type that tied in nicely with the two new characters that we created.

We then designed the website to reflect this cleaner, brighter brand. We evaluated their old site and decided to edit the amount of text they had on it to make it more clear and concise. We also made the website easier to navigate around by introducing drop down menus in the main navigation.

One of the biggest changes to the website was the use of photography. To make sure we had good quality images that really sold the business we scheduled in a photoshoot to take place at their purpose built premises. Luckily for us the sun made a very welcomed appearance in Glassford that day!

The management team at Glassford Day Nursery are delighted that they now have a website that reflects their excellent facilities and showcases the level of care that they offer children.
